1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small shallot (~1 tbsp)
2 tbsp fresh basil
Salt & pepper, to taste
2-4 full droppers Upstream Organics Original sublingual oil (1,000 mg), get it here
Simple Kneads sourdough bread
Chop 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and mix with 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 small shallot, 2 tbsp fresh basil, dash of salt & pepper // set aside.
In a separate bowl mix 1 tbsp olive oil with the juice of half a lemon, 2-4 droppers of Upstream Organics sublingual oil (1,000 mg original).
Pour over tomato mixture and let marinate while prepping bread.
Toast a few slices of Simple Kneads sourdough bread
Slice bread in half and top with bruschetta.
