Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 small shallot (~1 tbsp)

  • 2 tbsp fresh basil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 2-4 full droppers Upstream Organics Original sublingual oil (1,000 mg), get it here

  • Simple Kneads sourdough bread

Method:

  • Chop 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and mix with 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 small shallot, 2 tbsp fresh basil, dash of salt & pepper // set aside.

  • In a separate bowl mix 1 tbsp olive oil with the juice of half a lemon, 2-4 droppers of Upstream Organics sublingual oil (1,000 mg original).

  • Pour over tomato mixture and let marinate while prepping bread.

  • Toast a few slices of Simple Kneads sourdough bread

  • Slice bread in half and top with bruschetta.
