Returns
Due to sanitation and product safety reasons, we do not accept any product returns. You may request a replacement if your product(s) arrived damaged. Please send your request for a product replacement to orders@upstreamorganics.co and include your original order number.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because we are a small, family-owned business we cannot accept refunds. If you have not received your order due to shipping issues or there is an issue with your order, please email us with your order number at orders@upstreamorganics.co for further assistance.
